教义与圣约 88:73，主对他的仆人说：“看啊，我会按时间加速我的事工。”
主的时间就是现在。信息科技高速发展，加上互联网，个人电脑，智能手机以及社交媒体的全球化普及让信息的传播速度比上之前的报纸，杂志甚至电视提高了不只千万倍。与此同时，社交媒体等网络工具也是一把双刃剑，我们必须要在运用网络的事情上做更好的选择才能让其成为我们的加速主事工的工具。在今年早些时候， 大卫贝纳长老在这方面给了我们很好的建议：“主在加速他的事工，这些新的而且强有力的沟通方式和发明在这个福音期的出现并不是一个巧合。社交媒体是一个可 以快速并且正面的影响很多个人和家庭的全球性工具。我相信现在已经是时候让我们可以正确并且有效的运用这些富有灵感的工具来为天父和他的救恩计划，以及他 的儿子，我们的救主耶稣基督做见证；在这个后期时代宣讲复兴福音的真实性；并且协助主完成他的事工。”

D&C 88:73, the Lord said to His servants:"Behold, I will hasten my work in its time."
The time is now. High-speed developing of information-technology, plus the global popularization of Internet, smart phones, and social media make the speed of information exchanged become many times quicker than newspaper, magazines, or even television. At the same time, Internet tools (like social medias) can also be a double-edged swords. We have to make better choices in how to use them in order to have those tools help us in the Lord's work. Earlier this year, Elder David A. Bednar gave us some great council about this, he said:"The Lord is hastening His work, and it is no coincidence that these powerful communication innovations and inventions are occurring in the dispensation of the fullness of times. Social media channels are global tools that can personally and positively impact large numbers of individuals and families. And I believe the time has come for us as disciples of Christ to use these inspired tools appropriately and more effectively to testify of God the Eternal Father, His plan of happiness for His children, and His Son, Jesus Christ, as the Savior of the world; to proclaim the reality of the Restoration of the gospel in the latter days; and to accomplish the Lord’s work."
